On a recent commercial maintenance project in Milton Keynes, we were asked by a commercial property owner to carry out general maintenance on the exterior of one of his buildings, which involved utilising our professional cladding cleaning service.
A client recently requested assistance with a commercial property maintenance project, which involved treating and painting the building’s exterior, made from galvanised metal. We maximised the use of our professional cladding cleaning service to treat the metal beforehand and then proceeded to paint the exterior of the building, which had become old and damaged over the years due to external weather conditions and general wear and tear.
Our Facilities Company team attended on-site and prepped the metal using our cladding cleaning service to remove built-up imperfections and any other excess contaminants, ensuring that we were compliant with the health and safety regulations in place throughout the process.
Our team then painted the exterior of the building to give it a fresh, updated look and to maximise added protection on the metal’s surface for the years to come. To do this, we used our classic porcelain paint (for specific use on galvanised steel) to create a professional-looking finish.
