Case Study Details
After months of working from home, recently, we have had an influx of calls from commercial property owners hoping to schedule maintenance work on the exterior of their property. As the landscape has been left untouched for several weeks, it looks not only uninviting but also poses significant health and safety hazards.
- Location: Milton Keynes
- Services Requested: Commercial Maintenance
Client Requests & What We Did
In this instance, we were contacted by a client based in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, who required hedge and grass cutting, as well as weed removal, across their site. Having been left to overgrow throughout the lockdown, the hedges, in particular, started to overhang the carpark, which risked damaging parked vehicles when staff returned to work. The pedestrian pathways were also becoming obstructed with grass and weeds, meaning that the overall property was in great need of a little TLC.
On a date and time that best fit with the client’s schedule, our Facilities Company team attended the site to carry out maintenance tasks around the building. Although we visited while there were no staff on site to maintain social distancing measures, warning signs were still placed around the areas we were working on so that passersby were aware that equipment was being used. Our team worked hard to improve the appearance of the property within the given timeframe, and as you can see from the photos below, there has been a vast improvement!
